The Centre for Early Childhood Development has full accreditation as an Early Childhood Development (ECD) training provider from the ETDP-SETA.  (Accreditation number ETDP-0155).  CECD is registered as a Non-Profit Company (NPC) under the Companies Act and with the Department of Social Development as a non-profit organisation. Our NPO registration number is 006-173 NPO.

CECD is registered as a public benefit organisation (PBO number 930001898) with the South African Revenue Service, and we have Section 18A status.  CECD is therefore exempt from income tax in terms of Section 10(1)(cN) of the Income Tax Act, and donations to the organisation are tax deductible in terms of and subject to the limitations prescribed in section 18A(1)(a) of the Income Tax Act.
